  • QR code generation for links
  • Custom landing pages

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Shorten URLs that link to illegal content, malware, or phishing sites
  • Distribute spam, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Link Expiration and Management

  • Anonymous links expire after 7 days
  • Authenticated users can create permanent links
  • We reserve the right to remove any link that violates these terms
  • Inactive accounts may be subject to link removal after extended periods

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Qick.to and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of URLs you shorten and any content you create using the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not verify or endorse the content of destination URLs.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Qick.to SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
